So How Many Were There




Charlie Martin over at Pajamas Media has a fairly balanced look at the numbers in a well-linked post titled, "March on Washington: How Big Was the Crowd?"

His take? A fair and reasonable estimation would be 850,000. About the same (revised) number of people who attended the Obama Inaugeration.

And yet, this HUGE protest march was deemed a non-event by the mainstream media.
