Obamacare May Truly Be UnConstitutional

George Wills explains here on why the "Commerce Clause" is not good cover for a healthcare mandate.

I believe Obamacare is socialized medicine and profoundly wrong on many levels. And, quite frankly, I am astonished that our Congressional Representatives in both Houses seem so unaware that if they pass Obamacare, it will instantly trigger lawsuits because it is so very UnConstitutional.

And by the way, the one thing Mr. Wills didn't spell out is that the Commerce Clause relates to the Federal governments regulations of interstate commerce, but because there is no interstate selling of private healthcare, how can there be any interstate commerce to regulate? The government has no Constitutional ground to stand on here.
