Well and good but not enough. Fix Medicaid and Medicare first.

Make insurance portable.

Create a catestrophic option so that unemployeed people can get an inexpensive just-in-case coverage until they find a job.

Health Savings Accounts and healthcare tax reform.

Real competition by erasing interstate barriers.

Block illegal immigrants from Medicaid (oh deal with it, there will still be clinics).

Those points are REAL healthcare reform objectives. This co-op thing is a joke
