So I just heard this morning Gov. Tim Kaine talking on WTOP. He said he did not believe any of the 50 governors of the United States of America would choose to "Opt-Out" because if they did so, they would lose Medicare.
WHAT THE ....?!?
Is Congress setting up the Opt-In/Opt-Out aspect of Obamacare so that if the state does not want to opt-in to the "Public Option", it forces the state to lose Medicare?
