The Perils of Alienating The Rich

Tax 'em too hard and they will pick up their balls and go play nice in a state that doesn't tax 'em too hard. DUH.

Risky business: States tax the rich at their peril

They're rich. They can leave. Also, they're rich and employ folks. If they go, so go the jobs. DUH.
