PJTV is running a piece explaining why liberal elites are bad leaders.
Am loving the Star Trek references and the dangerous compression of "morons" in our elite enclaves. Oh, and they really come down on Maureen Dowd.
The basic and brilliant premise is that the single intellectually may be the smartest man in the room but he can not know everything that each of the other individuals in the room. One intellectual may be brilliant but he does not know more about farming than the farmer, pharaceuticals than the pharmicist, engineering than the engineer, or running a corporation than the businessman.
A true intellectual recognizes that he may be smarter than anyone person, he needs the expertise of all the others AND he needs to trust their expertise rather than make the all the decisions himself.
See, excellent points.
