600,000 Jobs By The Summer

Yeah, right.

These public (make-work) jobs are basically only summer jobs. Once the project is accomplished, you're out of a job.

This program didn't work for FDR and it won't work for Obama in terms of actually stimulating the economy. It's another example of veneer over substance.
