Another Government Takeover

Michelle Malkin breaks the news (along with the roll call) that the government via the FDA is going to take over the tobacco industry.

Presumably, given Obama's smoking habits, he just wants to run everything.

There is no reason for the government to regulate tobacco, this is their attempt to start regulating beer, fat, wine, snacks, alcohol, everything you consume.

Fight back, write your Senator and tell him to vote no against this ridiculousness.
