Walter Olson over at Forbes has written this incredible editorial about the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) and its "unintended consequences".
This legislation would have an overwhelmingly negative impact on all small businesses (which is why large business love it because it elimates potential competition) by forcing them to perform safety tests on every single facet of all their products.
