The Dove World Outreach Center is planning to burn "copies of the Quran on church grounds to mark the Sept. 11, 2001". As a fellow Christian, I must whole-heartedly condemn this thoughtless, needless, and, quite frankly, stupidly unchristian act.

Such an act is disrespectful, needlessly provocative and unacceptable in America.

I disagree with this action. Christ tells us to love our enemies. God says vengeance is mine. Romans 12:19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.
