Ummm, Now I'm Scared

At first I thought this headline was either silly or paranoid but upon reading it and seeing the source, well, now I am scared.

Headline: "Experts Warn of 'Terminator'-Style Military-Robot Rebellion"

Source: "a hefty report funded by and prepared for the U.S. Navy's high-tech and secretive Office of Naval Research"
