Authoritarian governments across the world are aggressively stockpiling food as a buffer against soaring food costs which they fear may stoke popular discontent. There have been numerous food riots in China, India, Brazil in the past 24 months thanks to ethonal and unless we stop this wasteful behavior, more and more poor will starve.
