As Rush points out, it is a spectacular coincidence that this DHS stupidity is released just before the TEA Party Protests. Could it have been a ham-fisted attempt at intimidating people who might be inclined to protest the outreageous taxes being inflicted upon the American People?

Both Rush and Michelle's posts link to the DHS pdf which would be a hilarious read if it weren't an actual government document with real policy implications. I mean if you feel your local or state government should have some real power, then you could end up on a DHS hit list.
