According to Fox News right now at 9:55am on Thursday, January 29th, a Rasmussen Poll on the Stimulus plan says support has slipped to 42%.
46% of people are concerned that the government is doing too much.
57% believe tax cuts are good for the country, however if the plan only contained tax cuts, then support remains virtually the same at 43% of the people support the plan. (+/- 3% for all poll numbers)
The Fox News Rasmussen guy thinks that these numbers show that people have their doubts about the plan and the spending but want to give the president a change to prove himself.
That's all well and good, but why give the administration a chance to prove himself with $1,000,000,000,00, of our money?
Do we really need that National Endowment for the Arts to fund $4000,000,000 of crucifixes in urine?
