1,500 Reasons Why The Cap and Trade Bill Is Bad

The Waxman-Markey bill which is essentially an already-failed cap and trade tax bill is in the House of Representatives today and it should be killed.

For example, the average US household will see its energy bill go up an additional $1,500.00 a year if this stupidity is enacted. And the bill won't do a single thing to reduce carbon emissions because they've cut some many deals with energy producers and industries in order to move this empty bill forward.

Cap and trade was tried in the EU and it was a dismal failure. This is another foreign policy import we do not want or need.

Below are some links that back me up.

The Editors at Investor's Business Daily, here and this study of African-American opinions on Waxman indicate they hate it too.
