Most Polluted State?

According to this Forbes article titled, America's Most Toxic Cities, 2011, California (the ever-so-environmentally-correct state) has four (4) of the top ten dirtiest cities in the country.

As the great Instapundit likes to say, I'll start treating it like a crisis when they start acting like its one.
