Obama Fires Private Citizen

Why does Obama get to fire a private citizen?

I mean, sure, GM took bailout money but why should the CEO of a major American industry be fired by the head of our government?

Does this mean Obama can fire anyone or just anyone who takes his bribe, I mean bailout money?

It may be "legal" but it seems unethical.
